Pipestone is a small, quiet place located in the middle of Alberta, Canada. It's known as an "unincorporated community." This means it doesn't have its own local government, like a city or town would. Instead, it's managed as part of a larger area called the County of Wetaskiwin No. 10. Pipestone is about 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) west of Highway 2 and about 29 kilometers (18 miles) northwest of the city of Wetaskiwin.
