Pisgah Forest is a small, unincorporated community located in Transylvania County, North Carolina, in the United States. It sits high up, about 2,100 feet (640 meters) above sea level, along U.S. Route 64. This community is northeast of Brevard, North Carolina. You can reach it in about 30 minutes by car from the Asheville Regional Airport.
This area is famous for its many beautiful waterfalls and unique white squirrels! Many people like to retire here because of the amazing hiking trails and fishing spots in the nearby Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Forest.
