Geography of Pleasant Gap
Pleasant Gap is located in the middle of Centre County, Pennsylvania. You can find it at coordinates 40°52′1″N 77°44′37″W. Most of the community is in Spring Township. A small part extends into Benner Township.
Natural Features
The community sits in a valley called Nittany Valley. It is right at the base of Nittany Mountain. A stream named Gap Run flows from the mountain through the town. This stream then joins the Logan Branch, which is a tributary of Spring Creek.
