History of Pleasant Run Farm
Pleasant Run Farm gets its name from a large housing area called Pleasant Run Farms. This area was so big, about 670 acres, that it was the largest housing development approved in Hamilton County at that time.
Early Development
In 1965, the Pleasant Run Farms subdivision hosted a special event called "Homearama." This show displayed new homes built by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. More homes were added to the area starting in 1967.
Community Life
To help the community grow, the Pleasant Run Farms Civic Association was started in 1969. This group helps neighbors work together and improve their community.

Pleasant Run Farm is located in Ohio, to the northwest of a larger city called Cincinnati. It sits between two other communities, Forest Park and Fairfield.
