Pozaldez is a small town, also known as a municipality, located in the province of Valladolid. This area is part of the Castile and León region in Spain. In 2004, a count of people, called a census, showed that 497 people lived there.
The town has a mayor named Eduardo Ibáñez Palacio. He has been the mayor since 1991, helping to lead the community. Pozaldez is also known for its delicious wines, especially a type called Verdejo. These wines come from the famous Rueda region.
