History of the Presidio of Ahú
The Presidio of Ahú was the very first prison built in Curitiba. It opened its doors in 1905. For many years, it served its purpose as a correctional facility.
From Prison to Film Set
The Presidio of Ahú closed down in 2006. After it closed, the building found a new life! It became a popular spot for making movies and television shows.
