Princess Diana Margherita of Bourbon-Parma (born May 22, 1932 – died May 4, 2020) was a French princess. Her full name in French was Diane Marguerite de Bourbon-Parme. She was a member of the House of Bourbon-Parma, which is a branch of the Spanish royal family.

Princess Diana was born in Paris, France, on May 22, 1932. Her father was Prince Gaetano of Bourbon-Parma. Her mother was Princess Margarete von Thurn und Taxis.
First Marriage and Family
On March 15, 1955, Princess Diana married Prince Franz Josef of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen. They had a civil ceremony in London. Later, they had a Catholic ceremony on April 16, 1955, in Krauchenwies.
In 1957, Princess Diana gave birth to a son named Alexander. Her marriage to Prince Franz Josef ended in 1961. Their divorce was completed on January 19, 1961, in Stuttgart.
Second Marriage and Children
Soon after her first marriage ended, Princess Diana married Hans Joachim Oehmichen. This happened on March 21, 1961, also in Stuttgart. Hans Joachim was Alexander's biological father.
Princess Diana and Hans Joachim had two more children together. Their names were Gaetano and Maria. In 1992, they had their marriage blessed in the Catholic Church. Princess Diana's first marriage was officially cancelled by the Catholic Church in 1980. Her second husband, Hans Joachim, passed away in 1995.
