The Province of Massa-Carrara (in Italian: Provincia di Massa-Carrara) is a special area in the Tuscany region of Italy. It is named after its two main cities: Carrara and Massa. Massa is also the capital city of the province.

This province covers an area of about 1,157 square kilometers (447 square miles). In 2005, around 200,695 people lived here. The province is made up of 17 smaller towns or areas called comuni (singular: comune). The biggest comuni by population are Massa and Carrara.
