Punky Brewster was an American television sitcom. It began in September 1984 and officially ended May 27, 1988. It aired on NBC from 1984 to 1986, and in syndication from 1986 to the end of its run. The show was about a teenaged girl named Penelope "Punky" Brewster (played by Soleil Moon Frye) who was under care of foster parents one of them is Henry Warnimont (played by George Gaynes).
