About Quaddick Reservoir
Quaddick Reservoir is not a natural lake. It was made by people to store water. The reservoir is divided into three main parts. These parts are called the Lower, Middle, and Upper sections. Each section has a different size.
How Quaddick Reservoir Was Made
The reservoir was formed when a dam was built across the Five Mile River. This happened in the year 1865. Building the dam allowed water to collect and create the large reservoir we see today.
