Queen of Outer Space is a fun science fiction movie from 1958. It tells the story of a trip to the planet Venus. The movie's script was written by Charles Beaumont and Edward Bernds, based on an idea by Ben Hecht. Edward Bernds also directed the film. It was filmed using a special wide-screen method called CinemaScope.
One of the actors, Lisa Davis, shared a cool fact: the main star, Zsa Zsa Gabor, had special costumes made just for her. But the other actors wore outfits that had been used before in another science fiction movie called Forbidden Planet. Lisa Davis and her co-star Patrick Waltz actually fell in love while making this movie and got married in June 1958!
