Acting Career
Film Debut in Simone
Roberts started her movie career in 2002 with the film Simone, where she acted alongside the famous Al Pacino. In the movie, she played a computer-generated actress who becomes a huge star.
To make the story seem real, the movie studio tried to keep Roberts's identity a secret. When the movie first came out in theaters, her name was not listed in the credits. This was done to make audiences believe the character of Simone was actually a virtual person. Later, when the movie was released on video, her name was added to the credits.
