Early Life and First Steps
Rada Manojlović was born on August 25, 1985, in Požarevac, which was then part of Yugoslavia. She grew up in a nearby village called Četereže.
In 2003, Rada released her first music album, Ćao bezobrazni. This album did not become very popular at the time.
Rising to Fame with Zvezde Granda
Rada Manojlović became famous in 2007. She was a contestant on the third season of Zvezde Granda, a popular singing competition. She showed off her amazing voice and finished in second place.
After her success on the show, Rada released her album Deset ispod nule in 2009. This album was released with Grand Production and sold many copies.
Hit Songs and Awards
In February 2011, Rada won a big award called the Female Folk Singer of the Year Award at the Oskar Popularnosti. This showed how much people loved her music.
Later that year, she released another album called Marakana. This album had several hit songs. Some of these popular songs included the title track "Marakana," "Nije meni," "S mora na planine," and "Mešaj mala," which featured singer Saša Matić. This album also sold many copies.
In the years that followed, Rada released many single songs. Some of these popular singles were "Alkotest," "Glatko" (from 2014), "Metropola," and "Biseri i svila" (from 2016) with Haris Berković. She also released "Svadba" in 2019 with Emil Đulović.
Becoming a Judge
In early 2016, Rada Manojlović joined the show Neki novi klinci. This was a children's version of Zvezde Granda. She became a judge on the second season of the show, helping to find new young singing talents.
