Aleksandar "Saša" Matić (Serbian Cyrillic: Александар Саша Матић) is a famous Bosnian Serb pop-folk singer. He was born on April 26, 1978. Saša is the twin brother of another well-known singer, Dejan Matić.

Saša Matić: Early Life and Music Journey
Growing Up and Learning Music
Saša Matić was born in Bihać, which was part of SFR Yugoslavia at the time. He has a twin brother named Dejan, who is also a popular singer. Saša and Dejan were born early and became blind soon after birth. Saša spent his early childhood in Drvar before his family moved to Belgrade.
From a young age, Saša loved music. He learned to play the piano and the accordion. He went to the Zemun Gymnasium and also studied music at the 'Kosta Manojlović' Music High School. Saša has said that the Croatian singer-songwriter Oliver Dragojević was a big inspiration for his music.
Starting a Music Career
Saša Matić released his first album, Prokleta je violina, in 2001. It was released by Grand Production. Since then, he has released ten studio albums. He has also worked with many other popular singers from the region. These include Ceca, Severina, Jelena Karleuša, Aca Lukas, Mile Kitić, Jelena Rozga, and Milica Pavlović.
Big Concerts and Tours
Saša Matić is known for his amazing live shows. Since March 2016, he has performed many sold-out concerts at the Belgrade Arena. He has also toured around the world, performing for fans in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
In 2022, Saša Matić was one of the most popular live performers in Croatia. He held four big concerts at the Arena Zagreb and Spaladium Arena. About 80,000 people came to watch these shows!
