Radom is a small village located in Washington County, Illinois, United States. In 2010, the village had a population of 220 people. By 2020, the population was 183.

History of Radom

Radom was first settled mainly by people from Poland. The village got its name from a city called Radom in Poland. A man named John B. Turchin helped to start the community. He was a high-ranking officer, a Colonel, in both the Russian Army and the Union Army during the American Civil War.
