Raphael José Botti (born 23 February 1981), known simply as Botti, is a former professional football player from Brazil. He played as a Midfielder and was known for his skills on the field.

Botti's Football Journey

Starting in Brazil

Botti began his football career in his home country, Brazil. He joined the youth team of Vasco da Gama in 1994 and played there until 2000. He then became a professional player for Vasco da Gama in 2001.

Playing in South Korea

After playing in Brazil, Botti moved to South Korea in 2002. He joined the team Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors. He played for them for five years, from 2002 to 2006.

During his time with Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, Botti had some of his best games. He helped his team win the 2006 AFC Champions League. This is a very important competition for football clubs in Asia. Botti even scored a key goal in the first game of the final match.

Moving to Japan and Back to Brazil

After his success in South Korea, Botti moved to Japan. He joined Vissel Kobe in 2007 and played there until 2011.

Later, Botti returned to Brazil and played for Figueirense from 2012 to 2014. He then moved to Thailand to play for Army United from 2014 to 2016.
