Rayén Araya (born July 2, 1981, in Santiago de Chile) is a famous Chilean television and radio commentator. She is well-known for her work on Bío-Bío Communication's radio and online TV news. She has also been a co-anchor for news shows on many Chilean TV channels.

About Rayén Araya
Rayén Araya's full name is Macarena Rayén Araya Guerrero. She was born in Santiago, Chile, on July 2, 1981. She has an older brother named Manuel. In 1984, her family moved to Panamá. They lived there until 1998. That year, she entered a beauty pageant and was one of the finalists.
Early TV Career
From 1999 to 2002, Rayén co-hosted a TV show called Extra Jóvenes on Chilevisión. She worked alongside Martín Cárcamo, Paloma Aliaga, and Daniel Valenzuela. This show was on air for many years, from 1986 to 2002. Other famous hosts like Felipe Camiroaga and Claudia Conserva had also worked on it.
In 2001, she hosted a music show called Zona Joven on the cable channel Zona Latina.
News Anchor Roles
From 2002 to 2006, Rayén worked at Canal 13. She started as a music reporter. Later, she became a co-anchor for the news.
From 2002 to 2011, she worked at Mega. She was a news co-anchor for the morning news show, Radio Mega. After that, she worked on the evening news, Meganoticias Tarde.
In early 2012, she co-hosted the Central Edition News on UCV TV. She worked with Eduardo Riveros.
