Reginald O'Keith Rogers (January 21, 1964 – October 24, 2013) was a professional American football player. He played as a defensive tackle. Rogers played four seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He was part of the Detroit Lions, Buffalo Bills, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Early Life and College Football
Reggie Rogers was born in Sacramento, California. He grew up loving sports. He played football at the University of Washington. His coach there was Don James.
College Achievements
Rogers was a very talented player in college. In 1986, he was named an All-American. This means he was one of the best college football players in the country. He also won the Morris Trophy in 1986. This award goes to the best defensive lineman in the Pacific-10 Conference.
Professional Football Career
In 1987, the Detroit Lions picked Reggie Rogers. He was the seventh player chosen in the 1987 NFL Draft. This was a very high pick, showing how much potential he had.
NFL Challenges
Rogers played only six games in his first year with the Lions. He faced some personal challenges during this time. He later played short periods with the Buffalo Bills and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He left the NFL after the 1992 season.
