Regi Penxten (born Reginald Paul Stefan Penxten on March 4, 1976) is a well-known Belgian DJ and music producer. He is famous for creating many popular Eurodance and trance music projects in Belgium. You might know him better by his stage name, Regi.

Regi has released several solo albums that have been very successful. All three of his first solo albums, Best Of (2005), Registrated (2007), and Registrated 2 (2010), reached the top ten on the Belgian music charts. He also had many hit songs in Belgium and a couple in the Netherlands.

Regi's Music Career

Regi released his first solo album, REGIstrated, at the end of 2007. This album was so popular that it received a "golden record" award even before it was officially released! One of the first songs he produced was "Turn the Tide" in 2000.

Working with Milk Inc.

Regi is a main member of the music group Milk Inc.. With Milk Inc., he has had 27 hit songs on the Ultratop charts in Belgium. A remarkable 22 of these songs made it into the top ten, and four of them reached the number one spot! Their seven albums were also very popular, with Forever and Nomansland both reaching number one on the album charts.

Producing for Sylver

Regi also works as a producer and songwriter for the group Sylver. He helped them create 22 hit songs, with 10 of them reaching the top ten. One of Sylver's songs even hit the number one spot! Five out of their six albums also made it into the top 10. A special collection of their songs in 2010 topped the charts. Together, Regi and Sylver have sold over 1.5 million CDs!
