Reginald Ruffin is an American college football coach and a sports leader. He is currently the athletic director at Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama. He has held this important job since December 2021. Before that, Ruffin was the main football coach for the Miles College team, the Miles Golden Bears, in Fairfield, Alabama. He coached them from 2011 to 2021.
