Reine Colaço Osorio-Swaab (born January 16, 1881 – died April 14, 1971) was a talented Dutch composer. She created many different kinds of music, including songs, pieces for orchestras, and chamber music.

Reine Osorio-Swaab was born in Amsterdam, Netherlands. She became interested in writing music later in her life, after her children were grown up and her husband had passed away. She decided to study music composition and melody with well-known teachers like Ernest W. Mulder and Henk Badings.

In the 1930s, Reine wrote many songs with Dutch words. After World War II, she composed a special piece called Monument in 1946. She wrote this music to remember her son, John, who passed away during the war. Besides composing, she also translated the writings of Martin Buber into Dutch in the 1920s. Reine Colaço Osorio-Swaab lived and worked in Amsterdam for most of her life and passed away there in 1971.
