Revere is a small place in Whitman County, located in the U.S. state of Washington. It is an unincorporated community, which means it does not have its own local government like a city or town. Instead, it is managed by the county.
History of Revere
Revere had a post office that opened in 1909. This post office helped people send and receive mail in the area for many years. However, it closed down in 1935. The community was named after Paul Revere, a famous American patriot from the American Revolution. He is well-known for his "midnight ride" to warn colonists that British soldiers were coming.
