Richard Charles Lerblance (born March 9, 1946) is an American and Muscogee lawyer and politician. He has served as a judge on the Muscogee Nation Supreme Court since 2012. Before this, he was a member of the Oklahoma Senate from 2003 to 2012. He also served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 2002 to 2003.
