The Story of Robbins
Robbins got its name from a man named F. S. Robbins. He owned a sawmill in the area. A sawmill is a factory where logs are cut into lumber.
This small community once had its own post office. It first opened in 1891. Then, it closed a few years later in 1898. The post office reopened in 1902 but closed for good in 1911.
