Roger Vonlanthen played for several football clubs during his career. From 1951 to 1955, he played for Grasshoppers. After that, he moved to Italy and played for Inter Milan from 1955 to 1957. He then joined Alessandria from 1957 to 1959. His last club was Lausanne, where he played from 1959 to 1966.
