Rolf Feltscher's Football Journey
Rolf Feltscher has played for many different football clubs throughout his career. He started playing professionally at a young age. He has played in Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Spain, England, and the United States.
Early Days at Grasshoppers
Rolf began his professional career with Grasshoppers in Switzerland. He was only 16 years old when he played his first league game. This was during the 2007–08 season. He played the full 90 minutes as a right back. He was also an important player for Switzerland's Under-17 team.
Playing in Italy
In November 2009, Rolf signed a deal to join Parma, an Italian club. He moved there after the Swiss season ended. He played for Parma's youth team, called primavera. He also made a few appearances for the main team. Later, in 2012, he went on loan to Calcio Padova. He also played on loan for Grosseto in 2013.
Adventures in Germany and Spain
After his time in Italy, Rolf moved to Germany. He joined MSV Duisburg for the 2014–15 season. He played there for two years. In 2016, he signed with Getafe CF in Spain. He didn't play much for Getafe. So, he was loaned to another Spanish team, Real Zaragoza, in January 2017.
Time in England and the USA
In September 2017, Rolf had a trial with EFL Championship team Birmingham City in England. He was close to signing with them. However, the manager who wanted him left the club. Later, he had a trial with Cardiff City. He signed a short contract with Cardiff in November 2017. He was a substitute in two games but did not play in a match.
On December 19, 2017, Rolf moved to the United States. He signed with Major League Soccer team LA Galaxy. He played seven games for them. In April 2018, he broke his shoulder and was out for four months. He was released by LA Galaxy at the end of 2018. But he re-signed with them in January 2019.
Back to Germany
In December 2020, Rolf returned to Germany. He joined 2. Bundesliga team Würzburger Kickers. In June 2021, he signed with MSV Duisburg again. This was his second time playing for the club. He continued to play for Duisburg until 2024.

Rolf Feltscher has a brother who also plays football. His younger brother is Frank Feltscher. He also has an elder step-brother named Mattia Desole.
Playing for Venezuela
Even though Rolf was born in Switzerland, he plays for the Venezuela national team. He has played many games for his country since 2011.
