The Rolls-Royce Heritage Trust is a special group that started in 1981. Its main goal is to keep the history of Rolls-Royce Limited and Rolls-Royce Holdings alive. This includes all the companies they have joined with or bought over the years.
The Trust has five different locations, called branches. These branches are run by volunteers who love history. Three branches are in England, one is in Scotland, and one is in North America. They all work to save important items and stories from Rolls-Royce's past.

Trust Locations
The Rolls-Royce Heritage Trust has several locations where they keep their amazing collections. Each branch focuses on different parts of the company's history.
Derby and Hucknall Collections
The main collection in Derby is found inside the Rolls-Royce company area in Sinfin. This is where many old engines and other items are kept. There used to be another site on Osmaston Road, but it is now closed.
There is also a smaller collection nearby in Hucknall. This site tells the story of the Rolls-Royce Flight Test Establishment. This is where Rolls-Royce used to test their aircraft engines.
Coventry and Ansty Collection
The collection from the Coventry and Ansty branch is now kept at the Derby site. This collection includes examples of rocket designs made by Armstrong Siddeley, another company that became part of Rolls-Royce's history.
Bristol Collection
The Bristol branch keeps its engine collection at the Sir Roy Fedden Heritage Centre. Here, you can see engines designed by Roy Fedden for the Bristol Aeroplane Company. There are also products made by Bristol Siddeley, and some engines from de Havilland and Blackburn.
Scotland Collection
The Scottish branch of the Rolls-Royce Heritage Trust is in a village called Inchinnan, in Renfrewshire. This branch has a collection of engines that were made at the Hillington and East Kilbride factories in Scotland.
Indianapolis Collection
The branch in Indianapolis, USA, tells the history of the Allison Engine Company. Rolls-Royce bought Allison Engine Company in 1995. This collection also shows newer products from Rolls-Royce North America.
