Rosalind is a small village found in the flat, grassy lands called prairies, in central Alberta, Canada. It is located right on Highway 854. If you are coming from Edmonton, it is about 120 kilometers (75 miles) southeast. It is also just 30 kilometers (19 miles) southeast of Camrose, which is the nearest big town for shopping and services.
The name Rosalind first appeared in 1905. It is thought to be a mix of two names from nearby school areas: Montrose and East Lynne.
In Rosalind, you will find some small shops, an elementary school, and a junior high school. The village also offers important services to its residents, like fire protection to keep everyone safe.
