Shylo Batchelor Ashby Milwood (born on March 20, 1996), known as Russ Millions, is a rapper from England. He used to be known as Russ, Russ Splash, or RussMB. He became famous in December 2018 when he released his song "Gun Lean". This song was a big hit, reaching number 9 on the UK music charts. It was the first song of its kind, called UK drill, to make it into the top 10.

Russ Millions has worked with many other artists. Some of these include Buni, Taze, Tion Wayne, Digga D, Pressa, LD, and Dappy. The dance Russ did in the "Gun Lean" music video became very popular.
