About Russell Thomas
Russell Thomas was born in Miami, Florida, in 1977. He didn't start singing seriously until he was 18 years old. A voice teacher heard him sing and suggested he could have a career in music.

After discovering his talent, Russell Thomas studied music at a special school called a conservatory. While he was a student, he sang in the chorus of the Miami Opera. This was a great way for him to learn about opera from the inside.
