Rustie Lee (born May 22, 1949) is a famous British-Jamaican TV star, chef, actress, and singer. She has been on many popular TV shows. Rustie is known for her bright personality and cooking skills. She also narrated the children's TV show Twirlywoos from 2015 to 2017.

Early Life and School
Rustie Lee went to a special school for girls called King Edward VI Handsworth School. This school helped her get a good education.
Rustie Lee's TV Journey
Rustie first became well-known in the 1980s. She appeared on a morning TV show called TV-am as a chef. People loved her cooking and her fun personality.
Hosting and Reality Shows
After her success as a chef, Rustie became a presenter on the ITV game show Game for a Laugh. She also appeared on many reality TV shows. In 2004, she was on I'm Famous and Frightened! 2. This show had celebrities staying in a castle and looking for ghosts with a medium. Rustie won the show because viewers really liked her.
She has also been a guest on other popular TV programmes like This Morning, The Alan Titchmarsh Show, and Daily Cooks/Saturday Cooks. You might have seen her on Loose Women, Would I Lie To You?, or Big Brother's Bit on the Side. In 2013, she was a contestant on the reality show Celebrity Super Spa on Channel 5. In 2016, she was on Who's Doing the Dishes?, and in 2020, she joined Celebrity Coach Trip.
Rustie Lee and Politics
In 2004, Rustie Lee decided to get involved in politics. She joined the UK Independence Party (UKIP). She ran to become a Member of Parliament for the Wyre Forest area in the 2005 general election. A general election is when people vote for who they want to represent them in the government. Rustie also appeared in her party's TV broadcast for the election. She received 1,074 votes.
She also ran for the European Elections in 2009, representing the West Midlands. However, she was not elected that time.

She has written several cookbooks, sharing her delicious recipes. Some of her books include Rustie Lee's Caribbean Cookbook (1985) and A Taste of the Caribbean (2007).
Rustie has also acted in TV shows. In 2008, she had a short role in the popular soap opera EastEnders as Gus Smith's aunt, Opal Smith. She also appeared in an episode of Benidorm in 2014, playing a character named Queenie. She even narrated children's stories for BBC Radio in Birmingham.
Singing Career
Rustie is also a singer! In 1985, she released an album called Invitation to Party. It included her versions of popular songs like "Barbados" and "My Toot Toot". She also sang on some of her appearances on Big Brother's Bit on the Side.
Pantomime and Theatre
Rustie has performed in many pantomimes. Pantomimes are fun, musical plays often performed around Christmas. She has been in shows like Jack and the Beanstalk, Aladdin, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Peter Pan. In 1988, she was in a musical called Ain’t Misbehavin’ in Manchester.
