Saadat Shahr (Persian: سعادتشهر) is a city located in the country of Iran. It is found in the Fars province, within the Pasargad area. Saadat Shahr is important because it is the main city for both the county and its central district. This city is about 628 kilometers (390 miles) south of Tehran, which is the capital city of Iran. Saadat Shahr is known as a farming town, meaning agriculture is a big part of its economy.
