Sabra Williams was born in London, England. Her family has roots from many different places, including Britain, Russia, Romania, Guyana, and the Carib people.
Early Acting Career
Sabra started performing when she was only three years old. She grew up to become a professional dancer and actress. She acted in several British films. One of her roles was 'Steffi' in the movie Thin Ice, where she worked with famous actors like Ian McKellen.
She also appeared regularly in many British TV shows. You might have seen her as Lise Yates in an episode of the sci-fi comedy Red Dwarf, called "Thanks for the Memory".
Becoming a TV Presenter
When she was still very young, Sabra became a main presenter and actress on a popular live TV show called Ghost Train [1].
After that, she hosted many other shows and events. She even worked as a Moderator for big groups like BAFTA, WGA, and SAG. Most recently, she hosted a show called On The Bench on Setanta Sports.
Acting in Los Angeles
Sabra Williams later joined a theater group in Los Angeles called the Actors' Gang. The artistic director of this group is Tim Robbins. She played leading roles in several plays, including Tartuffe by Molière.
She also appeared in American TV shows and movies. She played 'Sondra' in the ABC series In Justice. In the movie Mission: Impossible III, she acted alongside Tom Cruise as 'Annie Miller'. She also had a role in the show Nip/Tuck, among other notable parts.
