A Look Back: Dam Plans

Long ago, from 1906 to 1907, there were plans to build a dam on Salmon Lake. The idea was to use the lake's water to create power. This power would help with mining activities nearby. However, these plans never happened. There were disagreements about who owned the land and who had the right to use the water. So, the dam was never built.
