What is Samba Rice Like?

Samba rice has a unique taste. Some people describe its flavor as a bit like corn or being very starchy. Many people enjoy it because it tastes good and becomes softer after cooking.

The grains of Samba rice are harder than other types of rice. When you cook it, it's not as fluffy. This means it makes a meal that feels more filling. It also gives you more energy compared to some other rice types.
