Samragyee Rajya Laxmi Shah (born on November 18, 1995) is a famous Nepalese actress and model. She is often known as Samragyee RL Shah. She has won several awards for her acting, including the NFDC National Film Awards and NEFTA Film Awards.
Samragyee has starred in many popular Nepali movies. Some of her well-known films include A Mero Hajur 2 (2017), Intu Mintu Londonma (2018), and Rato Tika Nidharma (2019). Samragyee RL Shah was born in Birgunj, Nepal. Her parents are Neha Rajya Laxmi Shah and Bikash Bikram Shah. She is connected to the Nepali royal family through her grandfather, Pashupati Bikram Shah. Her family has a long history with the royal family of Nepal.

Starting as a Model in 2014
Samragyee began her career in modeling. In 2014, she took part in the Face of Classic Diamond Jewellers fashion competition. She won second runner-up in this event. This helped her gain recognition and confidence.

In 2016, Samragyee made her first appearance in a movie called Dreams. It was a romantic drama directed by Bhuwan K.C.. She acted alongside Anmol K.C. in this film. Samragyee played the role of Kavya, who was the love interest in the story.
Her acting in Dreams received different opinions from critics. However, the movie was a huge hit at the box office. It earned a lot of money in its first few days. Maruni was released in August 2019. Critics liked Samragyee's different role in Maruni, but the movie did not perform well at the box office.
Later, Samragyee was cast in Ashok Sharma's movie, Rato Tika Nidharma. She reportedly became the highest-paid actress in Nepali cinema for this role. She acted with Neeta Dhungana and Ankit Sharma. The movie was released in September 2019 during the Dashain festival. However, Rato Tika Nidharma also did not succeed at the box office.
