San Francisco de Becerra is a town in the country of Honduras. It's located in the Olancho area, which is a part of Honduras. This town is found in the middle of the country, a bit to the south. On its western side, it shares a border with a place called Juticalpa. To its east, it borders Catacamas.

In 2013, a count of the people living in San Francisco de Becerra was done. At that time, about 9,475 people lived there. Most of the people, around 97%, were Mestizo. This means they have mixed European and Indigenous backgrounds.
A smaller number of people were White, about 1.5%. About 1% were Black or Afro-Honduran. A very small number, 0.3%, were Indigenous.
Sports in the Town
San Francisco de Becerra has its own local football (soccer) team. The team is called Alianza de Becerra. They play in the Honduran second division. This is a league where teams compete to try and move up to a higher level of play.
