Sant Llorenç del Munt is a large, rocky group of mountains in central Catalonia, Spain. It's known for its unique shapes and tall peaks. The highest point is called La Mola, which stands at 1,104 meters (about 3,622 feet) above sea level. On top of La Mola, you'll find the old Monestir de Sant Llorenç del Munt monastery.
Another important peak in this mountain group is Montcau, which is 1,056 meters (about 3,464 feet) tall. Much of this area is a special protected area called the Parc Natural de Sant Llorenç del Munt i l'Obac. This park helps protect the unique nature and animals found here.

What is Sant Llorenç del Munt?
