Sant Mateu d’Albarca is a charming small village. It is located on the northern part of Ibiza, a beautiful Spanish island. The village is part of the Sant Antoni de Portmany area.
Sant Mateu d’Albarca is about 18 kilometers (11 miles) north of Ibiza Town. It is also about 25 kilometers (15.6 miles) from Ibiza Airport. The coastal town of Sant Antoni de Portmany is just 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) southwest.
The d’Albarca Valley
The village sits within the lovely d’Albarca valley. This valley is famous for its many fruit trees. You can find lots of lemon and orange trees here. There are also large fields filled with almond trees.
