Santa Magdalena de Polpís is a town and a municipality in Spain. It is part of the Baix Maestrat area. This area is located in the province of Castelló, which is in the Valencian Community.
The town sits in a flat valley. This valley is nestled between two mountain ranges: Serra d'Irta and Serra de les Talaies. Santa Magdalena de Polpís is mostly a rural town. People here mainly grow crops like olive, almond, and carob trees. Some orange trees are also grown where there is enough water. There are no rivers in the valley. Instead, water comes from natural ponds called basses.
The biggest celebration in Santa Magdalena de Polpís is the Festes patronals. These festivals honor Saint Mary Magdalene, the town's patron saint.
