About the Sardinian Tree Frog
What It Looks Like
This frog is quite small, usually growing to be about 3.8 to 4.0 centimeters long. That's about the size of your thumb! It can be green or gray, and it has a dark stripe running down each side of its body. One cool thing about this frog is that it can change its color to blend in with its surroundings, helping it stay hidden from predators.
Where It Lives
The Sardinian tree frog is very adaptable. It can live in many different places, including areas where humans live. Sometimes, you might even find it in gardens, hiding safely within garden walls. It prefers places with water nearby, like ponds, streams, or even damp areas in forests.
