Where is Sauce de Portezuelo?

Sauce de Portezuelo is right on the coast of the Río de la Plata, which is a very wide river. It's about 6 kilometers (almost 4 miles) west of Punta Ballena. It's also about 7 kilometers (4.3 miles) by road east of another resort called Punta Negra.

To the east, Sauce de Portezuelo shares a border with Ocean Park. To the north, it's next to La Capuera, which is on the shore of Laguna del Sauce. A main road, Ruta Interbalnearia (also known as Route 93), separates Sauce de Portezuelo from La Capuera.
