Seaquest State Park is a fun public park located in Cowlitz County, Washington. It sits right next to Silver Lake. This park is about 505 acres big, which is like 380 football fields!
The park is also home to the Mount St. Helens Visitor Center. Here, you can see cool exhibits and learn all about the huge Mount St. Helens volcanic eruption that happened in 1980. Mount St. Helens itself is about 30 miles east of the park. Seaquest State Park was first opened in 1945.

The park has about 7 miles of hiking trails for you to explore. One mile of these trails is designed to be easy for everyone to use, including people with wheelchairs or strollers. You can enjoy walking, running, or just taking a peaceful stroll through nature.
Fun by the Lake
Seaquest State Park has a mile-long shoreline along Silver Lake. This lake is not very deep and has cool wetland areas. There's a special trail and boardwalk that lets you walk over these wetlands. You can also launch a boat from the park and go fishing in the lake.
