Sellersburg is a town in Clark County, Indiana, United States. It is part of Silver Creek Township. In 2020, about 9,310 people lived there. Sellersburg is located along Interstate 65. It is about 15 minutes north of Louisville.

History of Sellersburg
Sellersburg got its name from its founder, Moses Sellers. He planned out the town in 1846. The town officially became a town in 1890. The first post office in Sellersburg opened in 1854. Back then, the name was spelled Sellersburgh.
Sports Achievements
The boys' basketball team from Silver Creek High School has won state championships. They won the IHSAA 3-A state championships in both 2019 and 2021. The boys' baseball team also won a state championship. They won the IHSAA 3-A state championship in 2023.

Sellersburg also has a public library. It is a branch of the Charlestown-Clark County Public Library. A campus of Ivy Tech Community College is also located in Sellersburg.
