Shanudrie Priyasad, born on September 8, 1997, is a talented actress, dancer, and singer from Sri Lanka. She started acting when she was very young and has appeared in many Sri Lankan movies and TV shows. Her full name is Baminnahennadige Shanudrie Priyasad.
Early Life
Shanudrie Priyasad grew up in Homagama, Sri Lanka. She is the youngest of three daughters. Her father, Dinesh Priyasad, is a film director. Her two older sisters, Dinakshie Priyasad and Sheshadri Priyasad, are also actresses. Shanudrie went to the Royal Institute International School, Colombo for her studies.
Her Acting Journey
Shanudrie's first movie was Onna Babo, which her father directed. She later appeared in other films like Rosa Kale and Suwanda Denuna Jeewithe. She is well-known for her role as Samalka in the TV show Deveni Inima. She also appeared in a music video called "Mal Sihinaye". In 2009, she won a special award at the Raigam Tele Awards. In 2021, she was part of the Raffealla Fernando Celebrity Calendar.
