Sheila Rena Ingram (born March 23, 1957 – died September 1, 2020) was a talented American athlete. She was best known for running fast in the 400 metres race.
Sheila was born in Washington, D.C.. She represented the United States at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. There, she won a silver medal in the 4 x 400 metres relay race. Her amazing teammates were Debra Sapenter, Pamela Jiles, and Rosalyn Bryant. Before the Olympics, Sheila also became the 1976 National Champion in her event.
