Shericka Williams is a talented former sprinter from Jamaica. She was born on September 17, 1985, in Black River, St. Elizabeth. Shericka is famous for her amazing speed, especially in relay races. She has won many medals for her country in big competitions.

Shericka started making a name for herself in athletics in the mid-2000s. She often ran in the 4 × 400 metres relay, which is a team race.

Early Career and World Championships

Shericka Williams quickly became a key part of Jamaica's relay teams.

  • In 2005, Shericka and her teammates Novlene Williams-Mills, Ronetta Smith, and Lorraine Fenton won a silver medal. This was at the 2005 World Championships in Athletics in the 4 × 400 metres relay.
  • Two years later, in 2007, she won another silver medal in the same event. This time, her team included Shereefa Lloyd, Davita Prendergast, and Novlene Williams-Mills.
