World Championships Success

In 2005, Shericka won her first major medal. She earned a silver medal in the 4 × 400 metres relay. This was at the 2005 World Championships in Athletics in Helsinki. She ran with teammates Novlene Williams-Mills, Ronetta Smith, and Lorraine Fenton.

Two years later, she won another silver medal. This was at the 2007 World Championships in Athletics in Osaka. Her team set a new national record for Jamaica. They finished second to the United States.

In 2014, Shericka added a gold medal to her collection. She was part of the Jamaican 4 × 400 metres relay team. They won gold at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. The team also set a new record for the Commonwealth Games.
