Sherwood is a small village located in Calumet County, Wisconsin, in the United States. In 2010, about 2,713 people lived there. The old community of High Cliff is now part of Sherwood.
Sherwood started as a small community within the Town of Harrison. It was named after a Civil War veteran who drove a stagecoach and later ran a tavern nearby. Sherwood officially became a village on June 28, 1968.

In 2010, there were 2,713 people living in Sherwood. These people made up 986 households and 830 families. The village had about 784 people per square mile (303 people per square kilometer). There were also 1,027 homes, with about 297 homes per square mile (115 homes per square kilometer).
Most of the people in Sherwood were White (96.8%). A smaller number were African American (0.5%), Native American (0.5%), or Asian (0.8%). Some people were from other races (0.4%) or from two or more races (1.0%). About 1.5% of the population was Hispanic or Latino.
