Shinichi Terada (寺田 紳一, Terada Shinichi, born June 10, 1985) is a Japanese football player. He plays as a Midfielder for Ococias Kyoto AC. He has played for several teams in Japan during his career.

Shinichi Terada's Football Journey

Shinichi Terada started his football journey in the youth system of Gamba Osaka. He played there from 1998 to 2003, learning the skills needed to become a professional player.

Starting Professional Career at Gamba Osaka

In 2004, Shinichi Terada officially joined the senior team of Gamba Osaka. This was his first professional club. He played for Gamba Osaka until 2012, making 71 appearances and scoring 5 goals. During his time there, he helped the team win some big titles.

Loan Spell and Move to Yokohama FC

From 2010 to 2011, Terada was loaned to Yokohama FC. A loan means he played for them temporarily. He played 46 games and scored 4 goals during this time. After his loan, he joined Yokohama FC permanently in 2012 and stayed until 2017. He played many games for them, appearing in 174 matches and scoring 8 goals.

Playing for Tochigi SC and Ococias Kyoto AC

After his time at Yokohama FC, Shinichi Terada moved to Tochigi SC. He played there for two seasons, from 2018 to 2019, making 20 appearances and scoring 1 goal. In January 2020, he joined his current club, Ococias Kyoto AC. He continues to play for them today.
