Sho Naruoka (成岡 翔, Naruoka Shō, born May 31, 1984) is a former Japanese football player. He played as a midfielder. His last team was Fujieda MYFC.

Playing for Clubs
Sho Naruoka played for several football clubs during his career. He was known as a very skilled attacking midfielder. He had excellent technique on the field.
Early Career
Naruoka started his professional career with Júbilo Iwata. He played for them from 2003 to 2010. During his time there, he played in 163 games and scored 22 goals. He also helped the team win the J.League Cup in 2010. They also won the Emperor's Cup in 2003.
Moving to New Teams
After leaving Júbilo Iwata, Naruoka joined Avispa Fukuoka. He played there for two years, from 2011 to 2012. He appeared in 64 matches and scored 9 goals for the club.
In January 2013, he moved to Albirex Niigata. He played for this team for five seasons, until 2017. He played 113 games and scored 10 goals.
Later Years
In 2018, Naruoka played for SC Sagamihara. He played 11 games for them. His final club was Fujieda MYFC in 2019, where he played one match.
Sho Naruoka decided to retire from playing football in December 2019.
Playing for Japan
Sho Naruoka also represented his country, Japan, in youth international tournaments.
Under-17 Team
In September 2001, Naruoka was chosen to play for the Japan U-17 national team. This was for the 2001 FIFA U-17 World Championship. He played in all three matches for the team during this championship.
Under-20 Team
Later, in November 2003, he was selected for the Japan U-20 national team. He played in the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship. He played in all five matches for the U-20 team.
